Ray Bergeron

Chief Operating Officer

Ray is the Chief Operating Officer at Applied Advertising. He provides a seasoned leadership style and oversees all functions of business operations, program management, estimating, installation teams and legal services. Being by his son’s side to help steer and guide the growth of the business is one of his greatest joys.

Prior to Applied Advertising, he worked in the transportation maintenance fields for Ryder, Penske, Republic Services and Serco. His vast experience leading preventative maintenance across substantial fleets, most recently as the Vice President for a multinational company, has allowed him a global vision and the ability to provide operational infrastructure’s that build growth.

Ray enjoys developing teams and working with people to realize their potential and is a strong believer in the value of teamwork and empowerment. He continues working to achieve his goal of making Applied Advertising better and not just bigger. Today, along with the executive management team, he is focused on finding new avenues of growth that delivers superior client value and challenges and develops the team to reach their personal bests.

When he isn’t hard at work, you can find him spending time with his family and grandchildren or tinkering in the woodworking shop and flying a plane.
